Swimming, hiking and cycling are always possible. But that’s not all. Real adventures are in store, too.
Flying with the Flying Fox: from the ski jump, well secured, you can whiz 270 m through the air.
Or sledding in summer. The summer sledge run makes it possible.
If you want to climb high, head for the Climbing Forest. For a climbing tour in the treetops. 13 courses are waiting to be mastered.
From easy to difficult. So each family member can feel like a winner.
PURE NATURE
Viewpoint AlpspiX
An airy adventure in the heights. And not for the faint-hearted. But pure adrenaline. The steel viewing platforms tower over the bold abyss. Directly at the mountain station on the Osterfeldkopf. And offer views both far and low: of the Zugspitze. The Waxensteine. The Alpsitz north face. And into the Höllental. An absolute must-see-experience.
Geocaching
This is a particularly good way to explore nature. With a modern scavenger hunt. GPS devices help you in your search. For the hidden treasures. Go on a treasure hunt together. Find hidden paths. Explore forests. Always keeping the coordinates in mind. And finally: the logbook! Which records your success. Good news: You can also borrow the GPS devices.
Partnachklamm
An incomparable moment: when you enter the Partnachklamm gorge. Surrounded by massive rock walls. And the loud sound of water. Here, the power of nature can be felt every second. It is fascinating to imagine how the water has made its way through the rocks over centuries. Children’s eyes are not the only ones to be amazed.
Leutascher Geisterklamm
Welcome to the home of the gorge spirit. Keep your eyes and ears open! Because if you are very attentive, you might catch a glimpse of him. Or of his helpers. The water fairies. And water gnomes. You don’t have to be afraid. They are tame creatures. And most of the time they remain invisible. Nevertheless, the Leutasch Gorge is exciting to discover. Immerse yourself in the legendary, mystical world…
