in order to make your stay in Staudacher’s Spa & Garden as pleasant as possible, we have listed everything you need to know below.

If you would like to receive a personal consultation or information about our wide range of treatments, our spa reception team is very happy to help. You can also contact us by phone at + 49 (0) 8821 929-381 or via email at spa@staudacherhof.de. If the wellness reception is not occupied, the hotel reception (direct dial “0”) will take care of your needs. It is advisable to reserve your desired treatment appointments by phone before your arrival at the hotel.

Our spa team consists of male and female therapists. Please inform us about any preferences concerning the gender of your desired therapist at the time of booking. Please let us also know if you prefer a specific therapist for your treatment. Tips are not included in our prices. If you are satisfied with your treatment, you welcome to give your therapist a tip.
In your own interest, we ask you to sign your treatment receipt after each appointment.

If you have any health problems, please discuss them with your therapist before any treatment or point this out when making your appointment.

Please come to all treatments in a bathrobe. Certain treatments require light, casual clothing – we’ll point that out to you when scheduling your appointment.

During massages and body treatments, your body is covered and only the body part that is being massaged or treated is exposed.
Therefore please come to all treatments in a bathrobe. Exceptions are the Thai yoga and singing bowl massage. Please wear light casual clothing for this occasion.

The treatment times that you have selected have been specially reserved for you. Please note that you can cancel reserved appointments up to 24 hours before the treatment for free. In case of a later cancellation we charge 50% of the price, unless the appointment can be awarded elsewhere.

Please understand that children under the age of 14 are only allowed to enter the spa when accompanied by their parents or an adult. We need to guarantee a peaceful and quiet atmosphere to our spa guests.
