It is advisable to reserve your desired treatment appointments by phone from home.

Your spa therapist

Our spa team includes both male and female therapists. Please let us know of any preferences when making your reservation. Please also let us know if you prefer a specific therapist for your treatment. Gratuities are not included in our prices. If you were satisfied with your treatment, you can personally tip the therapist.
In your own interest, we ask you to sign your treatment receipt after each appointment.

If you have any health problems, please discuss them with your therapist before each treatment or mention them when making your appointment.

Please wear a bathrobe to all treatments. Certain treatments require light, loose-fitting casual clothing—we will inform you of this when you make your appointment.

This is how your treatment works

During massages and body treatments, your body will be covered and only the part of the body being massaged or treated will be exposed.
Therefore, please wear a bathrobe to all treatments. Except for Thai yoga and singing bowl massages, please wear light, loose-fitting casual clothing for these treatments.

Your appointment

The treatment times you have selected have been reserved specifically for you. Please note that you can cancel reserved appointments free of charge up to 24 hours before the treatment. For later cancellations, we will charge 50% of the price unless the appointment can be rebooked.

Further information

Please understand that children under 14 years of age are only permitted to enter the wellness area if accompanied by a parent or adult. Family hours are from 10:15 a.m. to XNUMX:XNUMX p.m. After that, it's exclusively adult time. We ask for absolute quiet.
