Treat your body to some exercise during your vacation. With our varied sports program, it's easy to do. For example, with Aranja Yoga in the morning at the Staudacherhof Wellness Hotel. Simply register for your desired class at the spa reception. Until 19 p.m. the evening before.

Hiking with Mr. Staudacher

There's probably no one who knows the natural surroundings of Garmisch-Partenkirchen as well as he does: Mr. Staudacher! As a hiking guide for a day. After all, he knows where to find the most beautiful spots in the area—for example, the hay barn and the farm's own sheep. The hike is rounded off with the owner's personal anecdotes.

Guided bike tour

Biking around Garmisch-Partenkirchen! A total of 454 km is a blast. The perfectly groomed trails lead past blooming meadows, picturesque lakes, and lush green forests. In a group, you'll be guided past well-known spots and wonderful hidden gems. You have the choice: a leisurely family tour or a more challenging route.

Holistic Well-Being
Supervised infusion

For holistic well-being, we recommend a sauna infusion. After exercise. Or in between. This will leave you feeling even more refreshed and full of energy. Each infusion has a different fragrance theme. If you like, you can use a scrub during the infusion. Apply it to sweaty skin. Massage it in. And then shower it off after a cooling-off period in the fresh air.
