This traditional Bavarian farmhouse is located in the historic center of Garmisch, just a few steps from the Hotel Staudacherhof (a 100-meter walk across the hotel grounds). From the outside, the house appears to have barely changed, but opening the large barn doors invites you into a completely new world.

With the goal of preserving this Alpine monument while simultaneously creating a new, exclusive vacation experience, Dagmar and Peter Staudacher designed the rooms in the farmhouse with great dedication and attention to detail. Great emphasis was placed on authentic and natural materials: untreated wood, fine granite, natural clay plaster, fine fabrics, and antique iron fittings create a "rustic yet cozy atmosphere" for people who recognize the value in simplicity.

The farmhouse is given a modern touch by the event space on the ground floor. By using the same materials, the farmhouse has successfully maintained its cozy atmosphere while creating a space for ideas, equipped with modern technology.

The charm and aesthetics of a more than 350-year-old “Werdenfels farmhouse” combined with stylish, exclusive furnishings and the warm service of the family-run Hotel Staudacherhof are something you simply have to experience for yourself.
