Zucchini and kohlrabi salad with roasted sesame seeds
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
- 1 grated zucchini
- 1 grated kohlrabi
- ½ tsp mustard seeds, fennel seeds
- ¼ tsp fenugreek leaves, marjoram, garlic cubes
- 1 tsp diced onions
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt, cayenne pepper, honey
Preparation:
Heat the ghee, pop the mustard seeds and fennel seeds in it, add the onions and garlic, grated kohlrabi and finely chopped fenugreek leaves and sauté briefly.
Add grated zucchini and season with agave syrup, marjoram, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, sesame oil, honey and salt.
To finish, toss with toasted sesame seeds. Enjoy!
