RELAXATION TIME
Spending days with mindfulness training and relaxation sessions
Four days spent at Staudacherhof offer the perfect retreat from your daily hassles and are ideal for regeneration and burn-out prevention. Garmisch-Partenkirchen, with its untouched nature in the middle of the mountains, is virtually predestined for leaving everything behind and taking a deep breath.
In addition to effective methods that can effectively relieve pressure from your job and daily life, you will also learn relaxation techniques that are suitable for everyday use, breathing and mindfulness exercises as well as various types of meditation.
You will be practicing to consciously engage with yourself, whereupon exercise in nature plays an important role. Whether sporty or slowly is up to you. Look forward to those four days that will help you become a calmer person and change your lifestyle completly!
