The Flexi-Rate breakfast is per person/night and includes breakfast buffet, afternoon cake selection, free use of Staudachers Spa & Garden and all Staudachers inclusive services (unless explicitly described otherwise).

Non -Flexi rates offer a 15% discount , but are only available for reservations made at least 21 days prior to arrival and are only available at certain times. Cancellation or changes to the non-Flexi rate are not possible ; payment is due immediately upon booking.

Due to technical reasons, booking Non-Flexi rates with a voucher or profit sharing certificate is not possible.

When booking the long-stay rate , you receive a 10% discount if you plan to stay with us for 8 nights or more. Depending on the season, free cancellation is possible 3 to 14 days before arrival.

In case of cancellation, early departure, or shortening of the reservation period, we will of course try to re-let the room. You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 3 days before arrival ; after that, 80% of the agreed price will be charged.

Excluded are Christmas, New Year's Eve and Carnival, in which case cancellation is possible until 28 days before arrival as free of charge,
after that, 80% of the agreed price will be charged.

To avoid cancellation fees, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance . The insured amount covers the accommodation costs for the entire stay. To cover our cancellation fees, which may be charged if necessary, the full trip price must be insured. The insurance will then pay 80% of the loss. The deductible is 20% of the reimbursable loss, but at least €25 per insured trip.

Quick tip: Travel costs to and from the destination should be included in the calculation if they are to be insured.

From the moment you step through our door, you'll enjoy all the amenities of the Staudacherhof. Your room will be available from 15 p.m. on your day of arrival. On your day of departure, we ask that you vacate your room by 11 a.m.
Enjoy Staudacher's Spa & Garden until 19 pm for a fee of € 15 per person.

Outside of peak season, we cater to couples and solo travelers seeking peace and quiet, and therefore kindly ask you to respect our spa hours of 10 am to 15 pm. During peak season, we also have great offers and prices specifically designed for families.

In the interest of all guests, we can only accommodate a limited number of dogs/pets. Please let us know when making your reservation if you would like to bring your four-legged friend. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the restaurants or swimming pools. (Pet fee: €25 per night)
