The Flexi-Rate Breakfast of course per person/night and includes breakfast buffet, cake selection in the afternoon, free use of Staudacher's Spa & Garden and all Staudacher's inclusive services (unless explicitly stated otherwise).

The Non-Flexi rates offer one Discount of 15%, but are only available with a reservation made at least 21 days before arrival and are only available at certain times. Cancellation or rebooking of the Non-Flexi Rate is not possible, payment is due directly upon completion of the booking.

Due to technical reasons, booking Non-Flexi rates with a voucher or profit sharing certificate is not possible.

When booking the Long-Stay Rate receive 10% discountif you plan to stay with us for 8 nights or longer. Cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival.

In case of cancellation, early departure or shortening of the reservation period, we will of course try to re-let the room. Up to 3 days before arrival, you can cancel your reservation free of charge, after which 80% of the agreed price will be charged.

Excluded are Christmas, New Year's Eve and Carnival, in which case cancellation is possible until 28 days before arrival as free of charge,
after that, 80% of the agreed price will be charged.

To avoid cancellation costs in case of cancellation, we recommend that you take out a Travel insuranceThe insured amount is the total accommodation costs for the entire stay. To cover our cancellation fees, which may be charged, the full trip price must be insured. The insurance will then pay 80% of the damage. The deductible is 20% of the eligible damage, with a minimum of €25 per insured trip.

A little hint: Travel costs to and from the destination must be included in the calculation if they are to be insured.

From the moment you step through our door, you'll enjoy all the amenities of the Staudacherhof. Your room will be available from 15 p.m. on your day of arrival. On your day of departure, we ask that you vacate your room by 11 a.m.
Enjoy Staudacher's Spa & Garden until 19 pm for a fee of € 15 per person.

Outside of holiday periods, we cater to couples and solo travelers seeking peace and quiet and therefore ask you to respect the spa hours from 10 am to 15 pm. Holiday hours we also have great Offers and Pricesthat are specifically aimed at families.

In the interest of all guests, we can only accommodate a limited number of dogs/pets. Please let us know when making your reservation if you would like to bring your four-legged friend. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the restaurants or swimming pools. (Pet fee: €25 per night)
