In our gourmet kitchen, we use – whenever possible – regional products from organic farming around Garmisch-Partenkirchen. We only select materials that demonstrate high quality and environmental compatibility. And cleanliness and hygiene are our top priority.

We never lose sight of our environmental awareness: We source electricity for Staudacherhof from environmentally friendly sources. For those arriving by electric car, we offer our own e-charging station right next to the house.
With the Green Option, guests can consciously opt out of daily room cleaning. And we only use CO2-neutral gas through project funding around the world.
