At the Hotel Garmisch, we accept cash, Maestro/EC card, MasterCard, and VISA. Advance payments are possible via Visa and Mastercard, PayPal, or instant bank transfer. Thank you.
In case of cancellation, early departure or reduction of the reservation period of one FLEXI rate We will, of course, try to re-let the room. You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. After that, 80% of the agreed price will be charged.
Exceptions are Christmas, New Year's Eve, and Carnival. Cancellations made up to 28 days before arrival are free of charge. After that, 80% of the agreed price will be charged at the Hotel Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Cancellations or changes are not possible for non-flexible rates. This also applies to group bookings of 3 or more. Rooms separate cancellation conditions apply.

We love animals. However, in the interest of all our guests, we can only accommodate a limited number of dogs/pets. The pet fee is €25 per night/pet. We ask that you register your pets with the Hotel Garmisch by phone or email prior to your arrival.
Our Staudacherhof is a Destination Charging location and has two charging stations. These are free of charge for our hotel guests and available based on occupancy.
Parking is no problem for us. Directly at the Hotel Garmisch, we have three on-site parking areas with over 3 outdoor parking spaces, where you can park for free. You'll also find plenty of free parking spaces along the street.

Our kitchen team offers allergy-friendly dishes and will accommodate individual intolerances upon prior arrangement. We also have special rooms with allergy-friendly furnishings and special standards. Please inform us of your needs when booking so that we can optimally tailor your stay to your needs.

The Breakfast Buffet is included in the room rate for all hotel guests.

For a longer stay in Garmisch-Partenkirchen we recommend our Accommodation, located approximately 800 m from the hotel. Ideal for families with children or guests seeking more space.
On 100 sqm or 140 sqm, you will be offered the highest level of comfort and a spacious living ambience for 2 to 6 people.
Our Restaurant is open daily from 15 p.m. We serve hot meals between 15 and 20 p.m.
You have the option to specify your preferred dinner time upon check-in.
Indulgent moments are wonderful. Upon advance notice, we will be happy to accommodate minor allergies and intolerances. We also offer vegetarian or vegan dishes, as well as lactose- and gluten-free options. Please clarify these with us before your arrival. If you notify us later, we cannot guarantee a special menu. However, if your intolerances are life-threatening to your health, please understand that we cannot assume responsibility for them.

Our Deli lunch The HONEST BAR offers a delicious selection of fresh, light dishes daily from 12:00 to 14:30. Enjoy aromatic soups, hearty stews, fresh bread with homemade spreads, and deli-style desserts by the glass. Complement your lunch with a refreshing Spritz or one of our other specialties.
Activities – Winter
In Garmisch-Partenkirchen you will discover two ski areas that leave nothing to be desired: The ski area Zugspitze with 20 kilometers of snow-sure slopes and the ski area Classic with 40 kilometers of slopes and four snow-covered valley runs.
From November to April, you'll find everything you need for an unforgettable ski holiday: over 60 kilometers of slopes, perfectly groomed trails, and state-of-the-art lifts.
You can rent alpine or cross-country skis, SNS bindings (free of charge), as well as poles and ski helmets from us for a daily rate of €35,00. Individual consultations and binding adjustments are available upon request. Simply contact our reception with your room number. Please note that we do not rent ski boots or children's ski equipment at the Hotel Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
Activities – Summer
You're welcome to bring your own bike, for which we have a lockable bike garage. Here you'll also find small repair kits and bicycle pumps. We also have a place to "wash away the day."
Extremely convenient and totally on trend: the e-bike. Whether for city riding or mountain biking, you can rent one from us for €30 per day.
Our Hotel Garmisch is located directly in the hiking paradise of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, and Germany's highest mountain, the Zugspitze, is just a stone's throw away. Explore the mountains with our mountain guides or explore on your own. We're happy to rent the necessary equipment.

Our rooms are guaranteed to be ready for you from 15:00 PM. From the moment you step through our door, you'll be able to fully enjoy all the amenities the hotel has to offer.
If you plan to arrive after 23:00 PM, please let us know. We don't have a night porter! Thank you.
Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. If you're leaving in the afternoon, you can enjoy Staudacher's Spa & Garden until 17.00:15 p.m. on the day of departure for a fee of €XNUMX per person.
Young and old are welcome! Our Garden– and our Summit happinessSuites have separate bedrooms. In our fountain of youthIn the Suite, the bedrooms are separated by a sliding door. We can also add an extra bed to many of our rooms at the Hotel Garmisch.
The size of the beds varies depending on the room. Some of our beds are 1,40 m to 2 m by 2 m wide. Other rooms have beds measuring 2 m by 2,10 m.
Each room is equipped with a minibar. For your convenience, we'll fill the minibar once free of charge on the day of arrival.
Our free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the Hotel Garmisch. Further information is available at reception upon arrival.
Most of our rooms have a balcony or terrace, with only a few exceptions.

The sauna area is open to the whole family from 10:00 a.m. to 15:00 p.m. After that, children under 14 years of age may only enter the wellness area if accompanied by a parent or adult. Thank you for your understanding.
We offer varied, supervised sports courses, such as TRX full-body training, yoga or power swing.
In addition, our hotel guests can use our partner gym free of charge HI5BOX in Garmisch. Please report to our hotel reception with your room number. We will be happy to reserve a suitable time for you.
A bathrobe takes up far too much space in your suitcase. Feel free to leave it at home. In every room at our hotel in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, you'll find a spa bag containing a fluffy bathrobe. For external guests, we charge €8.

Our outdoor pool is open from 9:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m., and you can swim in the indoor pool from 7:00 a.m. to 21:00 p.m.
Staudacher's spa features a tepidarium (39°C), a laconium (65°C), a Bavarian sweat room (60°C), and our salt flower steam bath (45°C). Staudacher's garden also features a panoramic outdoor sauna (90°C).
