General
At the Hotel Garmisch, we accept cash, Maestro/EC card, MasterCard, and VISA. Advance payments are possible with Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal. Thank you.
In case of cancellation, early departure, or reduction of the reservation period for a FLEXI rate, we will of course try to re-let the room. You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 3 days before arrival; after that, 80% of the agreed price will be charged.
Christmas, New Year's Eve, and Carnival are excluded; cancellations are free of charge up to 28 days before arrival. After that, 80% of the agreed price will be charged at the Hotel Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Cancellations or changes are not possible with non-flexible rates. Separate cancellation policies also apply to group bookings of 3 rooms or more.
As a thank you for booking directly online on our homepage, you will receive a 5% online discount on the accommodation price.

Our bestseller is the BAYURVIDA package : Relax and stretch your body with special Ayurvedic massages and yoga. This is complemented by our pampering full board featuring our holistic Ayurvedic natural cuisine.
We love animals. However, in the interest of all our guests, we can only accommodate a limited number of dogs/pets. The pet fee is €25 per night/pet. We ask that you register your pets with the Hotel Garmisch by phone or email prior to your arrival.
Our Staudacherhof is a Destination Charging location and has two charging stations. These are free of charge for our hotel guests and available based on occupancy.
Parking is no problem for us. Directly at the Hotel Garmisch, we have three on-site parking areas with over 3 outdoor parking spaces, where you can park for free. You'll also find plenty of free parking spaces along the street.

Our rooms are cleaned every two days. If you would prefer not to have your room cleaned during a longer stay, please let us know via the room tablet. This saves water, electricity, and cleaning supplies.

Yes, we attach great importance to ensuring that guests with allergies feel completely at home. Our kitchen team offers allergy-friendly dishes and will accommodate individual intolerances upon prior arrangement. We also have special rooms with allergy-friendly furnishings and special standards. Please inform us of your needs when booking so that we can optimally tailor your stay to your needs.

The breakfast buffet is included in the room price for all hotel guests.
Would you like to invite a friend? Simply contact our reception or the breakfast team directly with your room number. We'll be happy to reserve an additional seat. This will cost €30,00, including hot drinks.
For a longer stay in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, we recommend our holiday apartments , which are located approximately 800 meters from the hotel. They are ideal for families with children or guests who would like more space.
On 100 sqm or 140 sqm, you will be offered the highest level of comfort and a spacious living ambience for 2 to 6 people.
Our restaurant is open daily from 17 pm. We serve hot meals between 17 pm and 20 pm.
You have the option to specify your preferred dinner time upon check-in.
Indulgent moments are wonderful. Upon advance notice, we will be happy to accommodate minor allergies and intolerances. We also offer vegetarian or vegan dishes, as well as lactose- and gluten-free options. Please clarify these with us before your arrival. If you notify us later, we cannot guarantee a special menu. However, if your intolerances are life-threatening to your health, please understand that we cannot assume responsibility for them.

Our hotel has four seminar and meeting rooms with space for up to 50 people (depending on the seating arrangement). All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi and modern technical equipment.

Our dishes are prepared according to the seasons, guaranteeing delicious and easily digestible meals. We hold ourselves to the highest standards. We source our meat from the Haller butcher shop in Murnau and the Reßl butcher shop in Benediktbeuern.
Round off the evening in our bar. Our bar team will be happy to spoil you with refreshing cocktails and select specialties.
Staudachers Bar in Garmisch-Partenkirchen is open daily from 15 p.m. to 23 p.m.

Our deli lunch at the HONEST BAR offers a delicious selection of fresh, light dishes daily from 12:00 to 14:30 pm. Enjoy aromatic soups, hearty stews, fresh bread with homemade spreads, and deli-style food served in jars. Complete your lunch with a refreshing Spritz or another specialty from our menu.
Activities – Winter
In Garmisch-Partenkirchen you will discover two ski areas that leave nothing to be desired in winter: The Zugspitze ski area with 20 kilometers of snow-sure slopes and the Classic ski area with 40 kilometers of slopes and four snow-covered valley runs.
From November to April, you'll find everything you need for an unforgettable ski holiday: over 60 kilometers of slopes, perfectly groomed trails, and state-of-the-art lifts.
You can rent alpine or cross-country skis, SNS bindings (free of charge), as well as poles and ski helmets from us for a daily rate of €35,00. Individual consultations and binding adjustments are available upon request. Simply contact our reception with your room number. Please note that we do not rent ski boots or children's ski equipment at the Hotel Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
Activities – Summer
You can purchase your mountain railway tickets and ski passes online . Of course, you can also buy your tickets directly at the mountain railway station. Only day tickets are available at our reception.
You're welcome to bring your own bike, for which we have a lockable bike garage. Here you'll also find small repair kits and bicycle pumps. We also have a place to "wash away the day."
Extremely convenient and totally on trend: the e-bike. Whether for city riding or mountain biking, you can rent one from us for €30 per day.
Our Hotel Garmisch is located directly in the hiking paradise of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, and Germany's highest mountain, the Zugspitze, is just a stone's throw away. Explore the mountains with our mountain guides or explore on your own. We're happy to rent the necessary equipment.
The beautiful Eibsee is located about 9 km southwest of the Hotel Staudacherhof and is easily accessible by car or bus.

Our room rates vary daily, depending on the season and demand. You can check availability and prices for your desired dates and book directly here .
Our rooms are guaranteed to be ready for you from 15:00 PM. From the moment you step through our door, you'll be able to fully enjoy all the amenities the hotel has to offer.
If you plan to arrive after 23:00 PM, please let us know. We don't have a night porter! Thank you.
Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. If you're leaving in the afternoon, you can enjoy Staudacher's Spa & Garden until 17.00:15 p.m. on the day of departure for a fee of €XNUMX per person.
Guests of all ages are warmly welcome! Our Garden and Summit Bliss suites feature separate bedrooms. In our Fountain of Youth suite, the bedrooms are separated by a sliding door. We can also arrange for an extra bed to be added to many of our rooms at Hotel Garmisch.
The size of the beds varies depending on the room. Some of our beds are 1,40 m to 2 m by 2 m wide. Other rooms have beds measuring 2 m by 2,10 m.
Each room is equipped with a minibar. For your convenience, we'll fill the minibar once free of charge on the day of arrival.
Our free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the Hotel Garmisch. Further information is available at reception upon arrival.
Most of our rooms have a balcony or terrace, with only a few exceptions.

In the 50-square-meter indoor pool (30°C), you can leisurely swim a few laps. Afterwards, you can relax on the loungers. In good weather, our 50-square-meter outdoor pool (30°C) in Staudacher's garden is also a great place to enjoy.
The sauna area is open to the whole family from 10:00 a.m. to 15:00 p.m. After that, children under 14 years of age may only enter the wellness area if accompanied by a parent or adult. Thank you for your understanding.
We offer varied, supervised sports courses, such as TRX full-body training, yoga or power swing.
Furthermore, our hotel guests can visit our partner fitness studio HI5BOX in Garmisch free of charge. Please inform our hotel reception of your room number. We will be happy to reserve a suitable time slot for you.
A bathrobe takes up far too much space in your suitcase. Feel free to leave it at home. In every room at our hotel in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, you'll find a spa bag containing a fluffy bathrobe. For external guests, we charge €8.
At Staudacher’s Spa & Garden we pamper all your senses!
The sauna area is open daily from 10:00 AM to 19:00 PM. The family sauna is available from 10:00 AM to 15:00 PM. The panoramic sauna is available from 13:00 PM to 19:00 PM.
Our outdoor pool is open from 9:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m., and you can swim in the indoor pool from 7:00 a.m. to 21:00 p.m.
In Staudacher’s Spa you will find a Tepidarium (39°C), a laconium (65°C), a Bavarian sweat room (60°C), and our salt flower steam bath (45°C). In Staudacher's garden, there is also a panoramic outdoor sauna (90°C).
Treat yourself! Our massage offerings will enhance your holiday: classic massages, cleansing Vinoble massages, or Ayurvedic massages.
Yes, our “Romantic Bath for 2” offer is ideal for couples – approx. 40 minutes, €65.
