General Questions

The contests and sweepstakes we organize are in no way affiliated with Google. Google is neither a sponsor nor involved in any way with such contests or sweepstakes.

Participation 

(1) Any natural person aged 16 or over may participate in their own name. Employees of Staudacherhof GmbH & Co. KG, affiliated companies, and any cooperation partners, as well as their relatives, are excluded from participation.

(2) Participation is conducted online. Name and address, as well as any other required information, must be provided truthfully.

(3) If participation requires the submission of materials or files, each participant affirms that they are the sole owner and holder of all rights of use and exploitation of the submitted material. By submitting the material, each participant grants Staudacherhof GmbH & Co. KG and www.staudacherhof.de ownership and comprehensive rights of use and exploitation of the submitted material, unless the participant declares their objection in writing upon submission. Staudacherhof GmbH & Co. KG and www.staudacherhof.de assume no liability for any submitted material unless Staudacherhof GmbH & Co. KG and www.staudacherhof.de or their employees act intentionally or with gross negligence. After the competition has ended, Staudacherhof GmbH & Co. KG and www.staudacherhof.de are entitled to destroy any submitted material.

(4) The deadline for entries to the competition will be specified individually in each case.

(5) Participation is free of charge and in no way dependent on the purchase of any goods or the use of any services. Participation is at your own risk.

Determination of the winners

(1) The prize will be distributed only among those participants who have submitted their participation forms in a timely and complete manner.

(2) If there are multiple participants, the winner will be decided by drawing lots, unless an individual performance is decisive for the prize. If an individual performance is decisive, the entire team, as a jury committee, is authorized to determine the winner among the participants. Legal recourse is excluded.

Special conditions for implementation and winnings 

(1) All winners will be notified by email, telephone, or in writing, by mail, or fax. Each participant notified in this way is obligated to inform Staudacherhof GmbH & Co. KG and www.staudacherhof.de within two weeks of the notification being sent whether they accept the prize. If Staudacherhof GmbH & Co. KG and www.staudacherhof.de do not receive such notification within this period, the opportunity to accept the prize expires, and Staudacherhof GmbH & Co. KG and www.staudacherhof.de reserve the right to select another participant by lot and notify them accordingly. If Staudacherhof GmbH & Co. KG and www.staudacherhof.de know the address of a randomly selected participant, Staudacherhof GmbH & Co. KG and www.staudacherhof.de reserve the right to send the prize directly with the notification.

(2) The prize presented in the competition may not necessarily be identical to the item won; deviations are possible. Until the prize is handed over, Staudacherhof GmbH & Co. KG and www.staudacherhof.de expressly reserve the right to change the process and/or to change the type and scope of the prize, exchange it, or replace it with another prize without prior notice or stating reasons. In such cases, participants have no claims against Staudacherhof GmbH & Co. KG and www.staudacherhof.de.

(3) The prize consists exclusively of the amount specified by Staudacherhof GmbH & Co. KG and www.staudacherhof.de. Any (consequential) costs incurred by the winner during and/or through the use of the prize are only included if this was expressly stated in the competition. Staudacherhof GmbH & Co. KG and www.staudacherhof.de assume no liability for damages incurred by a participant through the acceptance and/or use of the prize.

(4) Cash payment of the prize value and exchange of the prize are excluded. The prize is non-transferable.

(5) We reserve the right to publicly announce the names of the winners. The winners hereby consent to this.

additional conditions

(1) Participants agree that any photographs and film recordings may be made by Staudacherhof GmbH & Co. KG and www.staudacherhof.de or third parties and published in the newspaper and on www.staudacherhof.de.

(2) By participating in the competition, the participant declares his/her agreement with the conditions of participation of the competition.

Early termination, exclusion and revocation

(1) Staudacherhof GmbH & Co. KG and www.staudacherhof.de reserve the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons. This applies in particular if proper execution cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. In such a case, participants have no claims against Staudacherhof GmbH & Co. KG and www.staudacherhof.de.

(2) Staudacherhof GmbH & Co. KG and www.staudacherhof.de reserve the right to exclude participants from the competition. This applies in particular in the event of violations of the terms and conditions of participation or if participants use manipulation or other dishonest means. Staudacherhof GmbH & Co. KG and www.staudacherhof.de may also declare such exclusion retroactively, revoke prizes, and demand their return.

(3) The user is entitled to revoke his or her declaration of intent to conclude a contract and participate in competitions within two weeks. The period begins upon receipt of this notice at the earliest. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration of revocation in a timely manner. It must be made in writing, without stating reasons, and addressed to:

Privacy Policy 

In order to conduct a competition, Staudacherhof GmbH & Co. KG and www.staudacherhof.de must know the participants' personal data, such as their name and address. Personal data transmitted to Staudacherhof GmbH & Co. KG and www.staudacherhof.de as part of participation in a competition will be stored, processed, and used by Staudacherhof GmbH & Co. KG and www.staudacherhof.de, as well as any participating cooperation partners, solely for the purpose of conducting and processing the competition. Data will not be passed on to third parties. Upon request, Staudacherhof GmbH & Co. KG and www.staudacherhof.de will provide each participant with information about all personal data stored about them free of charge and will immediately destroy this data free of charge upon request. Severability 

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The respective statutory provisions shall replace the invalid or missing provisions.

Applicable Law 

The competition is governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Please also refer to our privacy policy.

Competitions on Facebook

Acceptance of the conditions of participation 

By participating in the competition organized by Staudacherhof GmbH & Co. KG on the Facebook internet platform, the participant expressly and bindingly accepts the following terms and conditions of participation.

Terms and Conditions 

All persons registered on Facebook are eligible to participate.

Mode/Process 

The format and timing of each competition will be clearly explained in each Facebook post. The start and end dates are clearly marked with a date and time. Note: The winner will be chosen by drawing lots or by another separately announced mechanism, such as an online vote. Online competitions end at the specified time. Staudacherhof GmbH & Co. KG will select the winners at random. Participation is voluntary.

Announcement of dissolution 

The registration deadline for each competition will be announced at the start of the promotion. The winner will be determined and announced via private message and/or a comment below the competition within 72 hours of the closing date.

Privacy Policy 

Staudacherhof GmbH & Co. KG will treat the data submitted by participants as part of their participation exclusively in compliance with all applicable data protection principles. Unless expressly consented to, such data will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition. No liability is assumed for data loss, particularly during data transmission, or other technical defects.

Liability 

Staudacherhof GmbH & Co. KG is not liable for false statements or technical errors in connection with the prize decision.

secrecy 

The winner acknowledges that during their participation in the competition, they will be provided with confidential and/or sensitive information related to the competition situation of Staudacherhof GmbH & Co. KG. They agree to treat all such confidential information, as well as information regarding the conduct of the competition, as strictly confidential and not to disclose it to third parties.

Exclusion from participation 

Staudacherhof GmbH & Co. KG reserves the right to exclude participants from participation or from winning if they violate these terms and conditions or if manipulation is suspected. This includes, for example, attempts to influence the participation process, such as by disrupting the process, insulting, harassing, or threatening employees or other participants. If the conditions for exclusion are met, Staudacherhof GmbH & Co. KG also reserves the right to reclaim any prizes already claimed.

Consent, transfer of rights 

The winner agrees to be available to the extent customary and reasonable for audio, photo/image, and text advertising by Staudacherhof GmbH & Co. KG. They also agree that their full name and place of residence may be mentioned in connection with their prize in Staudacherhof GmbH & Co. KG publications and on the Internet. Each participant grants Staudacherhof GmbH & Co. KG the unrestricted rights, in terms of time, space, and content, to use all submitted documents and all telephone calls, conversations, and recordings made by the participant with Staudacherhof GmbH & Co. KG for publication in any written form, including for advertising purposes.

Legal recourse 

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. Legal recourse is excluded.
